With the award-winning Whova event app, we feel we’ll be able to provide the best experience to attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers. All in attendance will participate and interact more actively and build two times more connections. Up-to-date event information, personalized agenda, live polls, messages, and exciting photos are all a part of the experience.

ACCESSING THE Whova APP

You will access all information related to the conference through our app, which can be viewed via a mobile device or the web app. We recommend using the web app via Google Chrome for chats and live streaming. After you are registered, you can log in with your representative’s email used during registration. Your booth rep will receive an email with a unique URL which allows customization of your virtual booth information including logo display, website, company description, promotions, live stream and recorded videos. You can also edit this information from the mobile app.

VIRTUAL EXHIBIT BOOTH – $895

Benefits include company profile on the Whova app, with the following features:

  • Livestream showcase space (via Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.)
  • Video highlighting your services and products
  • The ability to post photos and flyers (pdf)
  • Live text chat box for questions
  • The option to add promotional offers, giveaways, or coupons directly in the app
  • A booth representative will receive access to manage your virtual booth profile and can add additional booth staff
  • Collect attendee contact information for your leads data as attendees interact with your virtual booth
  • Download a complete list of contacts collected at the end of the conference.

VIRTUAL EXHIBIT HALL HOURS

The virtual exhibit hall will be open throughout the entire conference, with special emphasis placed on the hour-long lunch breaks held each day of the conference!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDED VISIBILITY

We have limited sponsorship opportunities available starting at $2,500. Complimentary registrations, logo recognition during livestreaming, special recognition on the conference app and website and preferred logo placement on pre-event promotions are basic sponsor benefits.
