FAQ: What is the difference between an event sponsorship and a standard exhibit booth?


Sponsorships offer the highest impact and visibility opportunities for KYSHRM Conference partners. Sponsorships are limited to a single partner company and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you complete and submit your application and payment, the more likely you are to secure your preferred opportunity. All sponsorships include:

  • Premium exhibit space
  • Inclusion in the pre-show brochure – if registered by May 15
  • Logo recognition throughout the conference and exhibit hall
  • Conference and exhibit hall passes
  • Logo and web link on KYSHRM Conference website
  • Inclusion in the onsite directory with both advertising and highlighted sponsor listing
  • Additional high-visibility opportunities
  • Complete list of attendees emailed before and after the conference

We even hold a $2,500 prize drawing to draw attendees in! We make it easy for you to reach attendees to leave a lasting impression. An exhibit booth includes:

  • A 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth
  • Exhibit hall passes
  • Listing and web link on KYSHRM Conference website
  • Inclusion in the exhibitor listings in the onsite directory
  • List of attendees provided via email before and after conference (mailing address with phone number)
  • NEW! Post-conference complete list of attendees emailed two weeks after event (includes email)
