Welcome to the 24th Annual Kentucky SHRM Conference!

The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (Kentucky SHRM) represents more than 2,400 human resource professionals in 14 local chapters in Kentucky and is affiliated with The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), an international society with over 225,000 members globally.

Kentucky SHRM’s mission is to engage people, lead organizations, and advance Kentucky. The Kentucky SHRM State Council along with our local SHRM chapters provides ongoing educational and leadership opportunities for Human Resource professionals and this conference is our premier education initiative.
