Tony Belak, Sullivan University Tony Belak is the Executive Director of the International Center for Collaborative Solutions at Sullivan University and a former senior dispute resolution counsel for a large governmental agency. He has taught in law school and business administration programs in the United States and Europe and teaches online for the Master of Science in Dispute Resolution program at Sullivan University.
